On March 25, 2016, OSHA published a final rule regulating occupational exposure to respirable crystalline silica (silica) in the construction industry. OSHA developed these Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about the standard in consultation with industry and union stakeholders. These FAQs provide guidance to employers and employees regarding the standard's requirements.
