As you may already know, PHTA was formed five years ago when the National Swimming Pool Foundation (NSPF) and the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP) joined together to create one unified voice for the pool, spa, and hot tub industry. In this time, we have made great strides in educating, elevating, and advocating for the industry. CPO certification continues to be our star program, with more than 30,000 CPOs certified every year.
